Tickets at the box office sell out quickly, but the service, as someone wrote below - really "rude". Who buys a ticket and how - the passenger's personal file and the cashier's personal opinion on this matter should not be voiced (tell me where they teach this?). It is possible to help to find information in the electronic document and more politely (superiors too probably train at a workplace?). This attitude is not caused by dissatisfaction, but by the desire to use such "services".

I don't know if anyone reads these reviews at all, but if you read it, you know - it's awful! Crowds of people, boisterous staff, and about buses in general it is better to be silent. Are you kidding? 5k patients a day, and carriers still don't even think about running big buses on Fridays instead of micros! Vinnytsia-Nova Ushytsia - it is impossible to sit in that can because a lot of people go home every Friday. I'm not blaming the drivers, but the carriers, well, your mother, have a conscience, at least on Friday and Sunday, let the big buses, not these killers! Do you understand that this is a potential nursery for the crown?

Normal train station, but dirty

The bus station needs a real upgrade both externally and in terms of passenger service. Namely: One class almost always works. Unable to pay by card, there is no terminal to buy a ticket for any of the available routes. The waiting room has been turned into a market and filled with advertising banners. Signs and platforms need to be updated, because nothing can be seen except stalls !!! From a pleasant location: there are many around the big markets and you can get to any part of the city by various minibuses, buses, as well as on trams and taxis.

The appearance inside is clear, although, renting out retail space on the territory of the station, should be put in order at least relatively. About the quality of service .... just no words. Women - cashiers !!! Do you take courses "How to be rude to people"? !!!!. Do you pay extra for it? !!! What kind of relationship ???
