Not creamy and not beer) not tasty. Brought in a glass of 0.33 ... 150 grams of drink and 150 foam. After remarks reworked brought 0.33 an hour later. I am grateful for the handwritten transcripts of the waiter, but this is the second time I'm in a cafe and I really miss it. And as it turned out, the menu was out of date. 3. There is always something missing on the proposed dishes: it is not thawed, it is over, the hot dishes only from 16:00, and we wanted to have lunch..well. 4. On the porch with panoramic windows is very cold. Even blankets do not save. Install heaters. Maybe I'll visit in the spring, but now I don't want to come back ..

The concept of the institution is very cool, everything is done in the format of Harry Potter. The establishment is not large. In the menu available prices a large selection that will satisfy your whims. I advise you to order and evaluate very tasty own teas. The cuisine is also delicious. The institution is well suited for a children's birthday or a date for two for a company of 4 people, the institution is not designed. I did not like that in 5 minutes the waiter came up 4 times and served drinks interrupting the conversation. I advise you to get acquainted with the trays for meals so it will be more convenient for guests and staff, another minus is the empty dispensaries with napkins had to make one of the 2 not filled. But that's all the impressions ended :( - The service is very weak - it's a huge minus and finally spoiled the impression. The waiter doesn't really know the dishes, he is confused, he runs to ask every question somewhere in the kitchen / bar. It's good that he goes to ask questions, of course. Worse, if I just said "I don't know", as sometimes happens, but still it was very difficult to understand and order something .. - The atmosphere is not fully revealed .. Well, as if there is scenery, the menu is also + - interesting, music, and sparks in all this is not enough. I would like to feel that the staff is enthusiastic and "burns" the institution in which he works. - The windows are blowing terribly, it was cold to sit at the table, and not everyone had enough blankets. And in principle, and with blankets it was cold :( I would recommend the owners to insulate this area. It would be nice to look and see some bushes or evergreen plants outside the window, maybe. And not parking under the windows .. Well, I would advise you to think a little too, this moment, to slightly separate the parking lot with cars from the windows, and get a better view from the window. - Hangers - they are few, low and right at the tables - while hanging her winter jacket, she worried that it would not hang on the head of another visitor .. (((This is not ok, somehow it would be worth thinking about these nuances better. + The menu is stylish, interestingly invented externally, and by name .. - But at the same time the same menu is half irrelevant, there is no painted composition of dishes and cocktails, drinks, desserts are also not described. - On food: one wanted to order, so it isn't prepared yet, ordered the offered - so carried 40-50 minutes. Another order was generally confused and brought another dish. + To taste - cook well. There are no complaints here: cream beer is ok, imperius cocktail is delicious, mulled wine is also delicious, non-alcoholic mulled wine with cherry juice was made on request - thank you for that :) They ordered roast beef salad and Hogwarts breakfast, they were good. For now, I do not recommend. We went to rest in another institution, because we did not want to stay longer.
