Let's try to be objective: 1. On the site at 10 am 14.02. ordered a set of "Love Story", said to be processed 10 minutes. and confirmation comes (viber, or sms). 2. I did not receive confirmation, I understand - Sunday, a holiday, many orders, about 11 (+ -10 min) phone on the hotline - button 1 "place an order" - no one answers, button 3 - get a consultation - similarly as in Privatbank - the melody is divided and everything ... I clicked button 2 - "leave a response or complaint" promptly responded, the situation was resolved 3. Sushi ordered at 19:30 - delivery: polite driver, all on time, he was constantly in touch. 4. They discovered sushi, which is immediately noticeable - somehow unusually little ginger, wasabi and soy sauce. Compared to the same "Katana" there is almost nothing, a lot of cucumber, like pilaf with cucumber and nori (((, some rolls are really oversalted. 5. In general, they are edible, not so bad. But, my son - actually for him and ordered - tasted one roll, another. And he said: "does not taste" ((( Here from "Katana", "Soprano", "Matsuri" sushi "tastes", and here, unfortunately, "does not taste" ((( Why two stars - but because the delivery driver was really cool))) that's him, actually "respect"))) After all, the delivery driver "can't pull out your office", and why ????? Because actually more than a week ago, under my response, you made a banal "unsubscribe": "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," it's been the standard for the last six months - the same under all negative reviews ... Devil with him ... That's it ... But it says that the employee of "customer care" !!!!!. (How nice, CARE !!!) will call you back soon ..... and what? ??? where is that magical "bell" ???? Or more than 10 !!!!! , 10 Carl, days are not yet "soon" ???? And yes, thank you that you do not "unsubscribe" in Russian .... it is banal, the same for everyone, but at least not in Russian .... Because so I reviewed the reviews six months ago, "everything was in Russian" ... At least passed in the state language, maybe in six months you will learn not to write off banality, but look there - in a year or two and the sauce will be more and cucumber with rice in the land less. ....

As in every big city, there are many establishments that prepare sushi, but this is my favorite. My whole family loves the dishes cooked here. The menu impresses with its variety and is constantly updated. We often order networks and roles. Perfectly cooked and always delicious. The order is executed quickly, with no problems or complaints.
