As a rule, you constantly have to wait for the seller who smokes on the ramp, then comes and starts serving you as an ashtray (I'm talking about the smell) There is no cash discipline at all; Merchandising - a product on the product in bulk..price lists are often untrue. Security guard - now I constantly come across a dude from the village who talks about the problems of the store and his own throughout the store .. I've never seen anything like this ... The range -well here you can probably put +, the main range that should be in the store of this type is present .. I often order pizza (a service that recently appeared in the store) .. I'll drop here in the description of the pizza I ordered today .. ordered Hawaiian and carbonara ... carbonara without greens as always ... And finally ... just read the reviews that were written to me ... Looking at the level of staff turnover, you can understand that the whole problem is at the top .. and there is no point in saying something here! I advise you to read a few smart books on doing business or hire a normal manager who will tell you how to set up staff, introducing simple rules of service for sellers and cashiers and security, of course! And realize that the buyer of our time is your business! Dozens, hundreds of thousands of stores ..and the buyer will choose the one where he is served better!
