Finding that I ran out of eyebrow pencil, I decided to go to Watsons and quickly get a new one. We found an inexpensive option, the probe was in only one shade, but that one was too dark for me. I took a tone lighter and definitely decided that I would buy it (especially the price - 39 UAH, what to think). Given that I made up my mind, I decided to remove the hand-rewound tape from the pencil and make a couple of strokes on my hand. I say it again, I wanted to carry the pencil to the checkout, not remove this tape and return it back to the shelf. At the same time, I was discussing with my mother that how you can sell such a product without all the samples. How then to check the shade? The seller, who walked around me from behind and stood on the side, did not offer her advice or help, when she saw that I was filming, she attacked us with the words: "Why are you filming !!?" There was a clear pretense in her tone. I replied that I wanted to see the shade, and that there were no samples on the shelf. I was told that I needed to ask the seller and find out if there was a probe. To which I said that I was buying this product (by that time I had not disclosed the product). And went to the checkout. Already near the cash register, a second seller (I suspect the senior) approached us and asked what was the matter. To which the first seller replied: "She stood opening." My mother and I were shocked, how can employees communicate with each other in front of clients? They continued to insist that it was impossible to disclose, but the goods had already been bought. And instead of apologizing, they continued to be rude! Terrible attitude, ill-mannered employees who cannot adequately deal with the customers of the store. I draw a conclusion: employees have absolutely no understanding of what the position of a sales assistant is! The presence of probes is all the more necessary. Sheer disappointment and spoiled mood!

The wide range of products. Interesting action. But the stock does not meet the price tags on the shelves. Every time a quest. You take the goods, you punch the check and you are surprised ... The price does not correspond to full or promotional. The most interesting offer ends very quickly. Promotional decorative cosmetics are scattered. There is no choice, there are testers and damaged goods - either open and started or non-running. Choice no. I thought all the way, but no. Competitors have an action - really an action, not a cleaning of shelves. No stock price is too high. Lipstick is no longer. The light in the store is different from the usual, with 5 lipsticks I can only use glitter.
