Left without money and without goods due to the fault of the seller The first time I ordered the goods through the website of this company and was satisfied. The second time I ordered the goods with delivery by New Mail, making payment in advance, sending the money to a private card. When I came to pick up the parcel today at the new post office, it turned out that she had left back yesterday. I was genuinely surprised, because I had already paid for the goods and expected that if I pick it up for a day by overdue free storage, I will pay 2 hryvnias or 5 hryvnias for overtime “storage”. I called the manager. I was told that all parcels are sent back automatically and offered to pay for the shipment Kremenchug-Kiev-Kremenchug-Kiev so that I receive my goods. It turns out a rather big amount. I said that no one warned me about the possible sending of the parcel back and refused. Nobody is going to return the money to me either. I do not recommend cooperating with this company because even in such trifles they leave people in the cold.
