The store does not go to meet customers, which is very sad. The wife chose for herself a fresh scent of perfume, tried the sample, everything seemed to be good, bought it. When I arrived home, the aroma instead of fresh became sweetly vanilla. We wanted to exchange goods in the store for a slightly different fragrance, the packaging was intact and not printed, then we were refused under the cover of the Ukrainian law about not refunding perfumery. I think that sellers should have told this moment about perfume if they sell it.

And again about chain stores! The main feature of this store is professionalism! Folks, you can come in if you are dressed in any style, and do not worry that you may be "lowered below the plinth." This is not an "elite" Kropyvnytskyi for you, where saleswomen immediately sort visitors by categories - if you buy for less than 10 thousand hryvnias, then you are a homeless person, not promising for Brocard !!! And here, even if you choose a cosmetic product for UAH 100, it is served at a high level! In short, you are not there! :))) I recommend.

I really like the way Brocard shops are decorated. They look decent, not only in my city. More than once I took perfume on shares and was pleased with both the quality and durability. Service as for me is not at a high level. My level of knowledge in perfume is much higher than the staff. But I'll explain why I put 2! An unpleasant situation has occurred. On March 8, my beloved person decided to please me with his favorite scent, which ended. I came to the store and took another one by mistake. Absolutely different, intense, unpleasant. The cost of perfume is over 1000 UAH, which is a very significant amount for our family, since we have a replenishment. He did not remember the box. And the perfume bottle itself is almost the same in both cases! The only difference is that some have a thicker consistency, and secondly, more transparent. But I know it, not he! Judge for yourself, they are outwardly similar, and a person who is not versed can easily make a mistake. We did not unpack them, and on the same day, within an hour, we brought them back to just change them for what I love. I am well versed in fragrances, without unpacking I know what kind of perfume it is! The box was not opened! Intact, with markings! We were rudely refused, they referred to the law of Ukraine on non-return of such a category of goods. I know the laws well! But from a purely human point of view, it was possible to enter into the position of clients, especially regular ones, and especially pregnant, and even more so on a holiday. The sediment has remained to this day. For the received "LEGAL" rudeness, I unfortunately give 2 points and I am no longer a regular customer of the store in my city! Judge for yourself, the first two photos are the perfume that I wanted, and the next two are mistakenly bought, it's easy to make a mistake.
