I became a mom relatively recently and for the first time. About this store I was told by one of the "experienced" mom-girlfriends. I learned a lot about the existence of certain things here. The first time I came to "see", I met a very nice girl who showed everything and told. Within a couple of days, they rented a motion sickness center. It turned out to be saving for me for a long time: without problems, you can leave the child alone. After a while, they rented a chaise lounge, decided to buy it for themselves and did not know what the best chaise lounge or motion sickness center was. Then they bought a stroller here. In general, this store turned out to be our lifesaver. Always a pleasant and competent consultation. They also have a website, in fact the first thing is through it that they booked, which is convenient. One thing I’ll say is that it’s not indicated anywhere that for nonresident (even if the residence registration is not city) the amount of the deposit higher than that indicated on the site is not significant of course. But when we arrived, for the first time we were not ready for this, and we, thanks to the girls, were given a discount. Already now I advise everyone to this store!

I didn't think I would have to write such a review. But, the end of our vacation, spoiled the "service", the owner of Baby Service Vinnitsa Vakhromova GA Planning the trip, there was a need to rent a car seat (rent, since traveling with friends, on a new car from the salon). 2.08.2019 arrived, rent a car seat 4 Baby Roll Fix (0-18 kg). This is my first rental experience, unfortunately and unpleasant. At the time of signing the lease, we were informed that when renting a car seat, we can clean it ourselves, or pay 70 UAH for dry cleaning. The amount is small, I do not mind. Car seat, used 4 times. Itinerary, Vinnytsia-Kamianets-Podilskyi, Kamenets-Podilskyi-Bukovel, and back. The baby was 5 months old, fed 6 times with a bottle on the way, usually from a baby car seat. And as always, before signing something, you need to read 100 times, and take a picture of what and in what state you take. But, we hurried up and took a chair, and immediately left. The contract, of course, I have no comments. The car seat can be seen to be actively leased and fully operational. But I chose it in absentia because it was rented at the time. I made a deposit of beby service 400UAH., July 30, 2019. So, August 8, 2019, 4 hours on the road, and first of all stopped by to give a car seat. It was not possible to clean the chair on the way. To clean at home, and to get a chair in the hands of Kalynivka is not an option either. Therefore, I told my husband that we would pay 70UAH for dry cleaning. Although, the outside of the chair seemed clean, no stains. Chair, never disassembled since first used. We went into the store, and here, we were met by a "good" mood, Anna. On the tabs, there were spools, we were accused of being guilty of their appearance, and on two more sides, and changed the tab by turning it the other side !!!! I did not even try to remove the liner so as not to spoil anything, not to twist it. But, maybe it speaks about some material of the insert, and that they used us actively. For 4 times, making a toddler a baby spool is difficult. Then, Anna, demonstratively, began tearing off the liners with two fingers and throwing them on the sofa, as if we had brought a cloth in which not a small child, but some piggy was sitting. My mistake is that I did not remove these liners for rent and did not check the condition of the chair underneath as it was dirty. For 4 times, so much dirt could not be collected. We just fixed the straps, and apparently, the dirt and crumbled under them. After 70 UAH, it was necessary to show their frustration immediately. Instead of settling this conflict, you and our moods should have been spoiled. The store is good and the choice of goods too, planned to buy a thermometer for 1200 UAH, and ergoryukzak, but do not want to return to this store, and recommend it to friends, too. Before you rent a car seat, remove all liners and check the quality of dry cleaning. And then you will be accused of being negligent like us. I'm still uncomfortable ....

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 After reading good reviews, we decided to use the services of Baby Service when we came on vacation to Vinnytsia! We rented a playpen crib! The owner smiled nicely at us, kindly told us everything, gave us a contract, and explained that the rent is 300 UAH (per month) plus 650 UAH advance, which is returned when returning the goods, although the site says - that the rent is deducted from the advance. We paid UAH 950, because everything available was explained to us, and we made a big mistake of not rereading the contract (because we were in such a hurry), we just signed everything. 10 minutes after we left the store, I realized that the changing room we were not given, which is included with the arena, I returned and asked again, the owner forgot to put in a bag (((further I noticed that in the contract in my name 2 mistakes were made (although the data was transferred from the passport 🙈🙉); but we are all human and we all have the right to make mistakes. Therefore, we did not pay special attention to this. In 20 days, my husband and I bring the arena (by calling in advance, as the owner told us, so that they prepare our advance) UAH (and not 650 as agreed), because as the owner said on the site not such conditions ((although she looking us in the eye took the money and explained why such an amount, well, of course in the contract she did not prescribe it (((and we I repeat, they made a big mistake; that they didn't check it then! They calmly began to explain to her once again how it was, that she was wrong! That she was possibly confused, because she forgot that and confused the letters in her name ( changed - she became aggressive! And she didn't even hear what we were telling her when her husband asked to watch the video recording - she said that it would cost her 170 hryvnias, and she didn't show anything (((((the only thing she could say - that you signed this contract yourself! Yes, we did, but she was wrong! And we know the truth! And the fact that she did not show us the video - once again confirmed it!

The wife chose a car seat for her daughter, pointing her finger at it and announcing the price tag of 980 UAH, the employee wrote down everything, said to give a deposit and sign a lease, they did everything, arrived on the appointed date, took it away. My wife saw it and fell into a fierce panic, this is not the right chair (girls understand beauty better), began to question how much I paid, I paid in general 300 less than she said. Really different chair. By calling the baby service, they explained that they gave what was written down, and the one that you want left a long time ago. SADNESS
