The service level is quite good. The place is worthwhile. All OK. I personally like it, but there are some nuances. They are not essential. I think so. This is my subjective opinion.

The service is very bad, the toilet is very dirty, the drain does not work normally for about a year. At my greeting, the operator said "Greetings" to me, without even finishing their obligatory greeting, and in such a tone as if they had sent me. I wanted cold water (which is logical in the summer), to my question why the refrigerator does not work, I was answered "You are really interested in this." She did not refuel.
