It would be better if they installed it themselves with another master long ago or ordered the door elsewhere. But if they found it themselves, naturally, in which case, they would be to blame. The manager has shown more than zero initiative in helping provide their setup wizard. I allowed myself to switch to "you". He repeatedly promised to call back and NEVER called back, we had to call him ourselves. When, after a month and a week of waiting for the master (already having the door), the master finally came - he spent 2.5 days assembling the door. The master admitted that he had not worked with such systems before and this is his first time. They refused to provide another. Twice. The work was not easy, but on the first day, instead of the agreed 11 hours, the master came at 5 pm! IN FACT: the door is installed crookedly. In two planes at once. During the "installation" process, the door was damaged. Not only is it crooked - it's also already shabby in less than a day and not even by us. And the manager just doesn't give a damn, they are all right. No attempts to solve the problem and no reaction. They offered to call the foreman again, who completed the work in this form in 2.5 days. We were very sorry to have contacted this office. Come on by. ANSWER TO ANSWER OF MANAGEMENT. Dear. Firstly, another master whom we called not from your company, rather quickly corrected your art without taking apart the entire wall. Imagine it is possible! Secondly, even if it were not for this, the wall does not explain the following: why was the door (coating) itself damaged, why the box turned out to be crooked when checking the level, why liquid nails are so carelessly scribbled under the frame that they stick out and go out onto the tiles, while looking like gum stuck there. Why the platband is installed crookedly on the inside, why did the master scratch the freshly painted wall (not where they made a hole for installation, but on a completely different side.) We had to repaint. Why was the tile on the floor damaged when dismantling the nut? Why did the company not show any desire to eliminate the problems created by their master. And about "on the wrong foot", first of all, not all of this was noticeable in the late evening, but it became clear in daylight. And secondly - banal rudeness on your part. But this is not news) With your approach, everything is clear. Therefore, the criticism is just deserved. I didn’t write so many details at once, I regretted it. But if you want - get it :)

I bought doors in this store. I was very pleased, the installer arrived quickly, measured it, shipped it the next day, installed it in three days. I am very pleased with the master, I installed the doors with high quality, but I can’t say that it’s cheap, the cost of installation is 900 UAH, but it's worth it. Intelligent sellers explained and told everything. There will be doors to the second apartment, I will turn to these guys again.
