Elena as always on top! I’m taking her permits not the first time. The last time there was a flight delay, which was first reported by Elena, and only then JoinUP, also held a full consultation on what to do and where to "run." Accompanied at all stages of the journey. As for the price and quality of the hotel - everything is at its best and corresponds to the description, also on the basis of the fact that I talked with the guests at the hotel, for us the ticket cost an order of magnitude cheaper :) I recommend this travel agency!
