Training is conducted according to the technique of the Chernihiv technological line of hatha yoga and integral training. The founders of the school are well-known practitioners and teachers of yoga, Sergei Sidortsov and Alexander Taishev, the school itself refers to the spiritual tradition of Sri Vaisnava. A special feature of the training method is a complex whole body propulsion in each class (duration of the session is two hours), plus a set of breathing exercises and an obligatory long relaxation phase at the end of each workout. Seminars and retreats are constantly held both in Odessa and abroad. Classes are held in the spacious and bright hall of the sports complex of the medina (right wing immediately behind the locker rooms).
