I have been using this mail service for over 4 years. I never had any problems. There were long queues at the old place, especially when the goods were brought. On the new one, that is, here, everything is fine. Spacious premises, beautiful design, competent and pleasant employees.

I don't even know how to describe it in words. Not only did the parcel arrive a day later, so today I came to pick it up, but they tell me there is no your parcel. Although in the application and a message to the phone number came that the package was in the department. Why aren't such workers fired?

The service is terrible, how many times have not been contacted. That is, the work schedule of the department determines independently until 18:00, when in Ukraine all the offices work up to 19, the queues are kilometer, then the system does not work. Asked for a money order called "instant", I was offered to come either in the evening or the next day ... At the request to solve the problem immediately, as to expect the second day 500 UAH is not possible, the answer was received from the operator "competent": ALL OF UKRAINE IS NOT MY PROBLEM. "Client orientation is 0. This is the norm in the whole region, but it is already becoming a New Mail business card. Change either the terms and conditions for working people or people you respect.
