Lovely place, got married here :). The ceremony was well done and the ladies working there were super helpful and nice :). Btw. you can do without the carpet on the wall ;)

The ancient building at the intersection of Lyagin and Spasskaya streets was built on the initiative of the city intelligentsia in 1894 according to the project of architect E.A. Stukenberg in order to place a public library here. Now the building is located in the Palace of Special Events and is an architectural monument of the 19th century. Remained disappointed, the woman that met us was not very pleasant. During the ceremony when I (the bride) called all other name that has ruined all impressions and moods. Then they quickly drove everyone out into the street. Do not pay for it money at a rate of about a thousand, to call you a different name, they kicked and rude. A feeling that told us "evil maid" who had just washed the floor, and we walked on them ...
