Everything is terribly unprofessional. If you hope to communicate about various problems or delays, this will not happen. You will be promised that they will call you back when the parking spaces are on sale, do not expect when you call yourself, they will no longer be available. As for the refund for the change of area, you need to go to a lawyer, because these people are not interested in returning them to you. The deadline for the transfer coincided with six months ago. Wrote a registered letter to the office, did not give any results. Avoid, and even better not listen to what you are told, because if something is not in the contract, in the apartment or on the territory, it will not be.
