We ordered 45 cupcakes for our son's birthday party, and the day before asked to have them delivered earlier than originally planned. They were delivered professionally, when needed, and the kids loved them. I would certainly order again and recommend them. If you don't understand Russian or Ukrainian you may have difficulty however, particularly with payment (half is required up front and you can't pay online or at a terminal with foreign credit cards.)
Excellent communication and service cannot complain. The cakes were exactly how I wanted and tasted lush. Will definitely use there services again next year. My child will not forget her Finding Dory cake ♡ Thank you:)
I made an order for a cake (4 kg) to the office, chose a pastry shop for a very long time and I was right! Incredibly tasty, I took a pistachio "middle" - not cloying, with sourness, a lot of pistachio crunches deliciously and a delicious curd cream ... Very beautiful design, just what was planned.
All who treated themselves were delighted!
Regarding the service, they quickly answered, agreed, the delivery was on time!

Let's start with the pros - delicious, especially the chocolate heart of the piñata. High quality chocolate.
Now the cons:
1) Service is the bottom. First, they themselves offer a discount, after which they set the full cost for payment + tactfully keep silent about the horse cost of taxi delivery. To return the difference, you need to poison the TIN and a whole package of documents to the accountant. It is easier to check the meters than to return the 10% discount. P.S. As it turned out, the courier is cheaper, but the manager who communicates on Instagram tactfully keeps silent about this.
2) Delivery time - the chip is to deliver ON TIME, these are emotions, this is confidence that the holiday will be successful. I postponed the delivery twice, as they did not come stupidly. They didn’t call, didn’t say that they didn’t have time, and didn’t come stupidly. Therefore, be prepared to sit on your pope for exactly the whole day waiting for sweets if you order from these guys.
3) Macaroons and Big Pops tear off from the bottom of the box with effort and leave pieces of themselves on the cardboard, you can see in the photo.
As a result: solid deuce. Especially for the service. I haven't met such irresponsibility for a long time.
We ordered gingerbread here for a corporate party, paid. During the negotiations, they lost that we ordered gingerbread cookies in an individual packing-box, since it was on the day of the event, then urgently, with a surcharge, paying for a taxi and everything else, they ordered the packaging, which the manager did not understand what we ordered. We received boxes in which the gingerbread they baked did not fit, that is, the boxes could be thrown away and there was nowhere to buy packaging, because there was not even an hour in stock. They wanted at least to return the packages, they said that it was us (the CLIENT) who were to blame for the gingerbread not fitting the package (we had to measure it with a ruler when taking the gingerbread). The gingerbread cookies were baked in a larger size, which is why they did not fit into a package that theoretically fits the ordered sizes. In general, shame, shame and disrespect. In our time, such customer orientation is not found in the most seedy eatery. Fu.
