He did a dry cleaning of a light BMW leather interior, after dry cleaning his belts remained dirty (the child stained food in the back row of seats), dirt in cup holders, dirt in the air ducts from the passenger side. We also washed the car along with dry cleaning, if I hadn’t walked in and looked, I would have gone with a dirty hood and a license plate area on the trunk. With great reluctance and a displeased face, the washers corrected by washing the sides. The attitude towards the customer is terrible. It would seem that I serve not cheap cars, the service should be at the level, but it wasn’t there. I highly do not recommend them.

I did a dry cleaning and a car wash. After these services, there was dirt (inattention to details) + a bonus received damaged skin in the salon. Unreasonably expensive for such poor quality work! Wouldn't recommend!

Not very customer-oriented car wash, today on 01/19/2019 at 9.00 I left the car at the carwash (inside outside) left the keys, asked to call back when it was ready. At 13.30 no one called me back, ok, I go to get my car and find that it seems that they started washing the car and for some reason forgot it, find a dirty cabin, windows that are not cleaned, blackened tires, I wiped out the openings volume that took more than four hours, nervous and left her for another hour. The most interesting thing is that the washer who received and handed over the car first called 250 UAH, then changed the number to 350, although I washed myself on this car wash in December 2018 for 410 UAH. I suppose that they initially tried to transfer a dirty car to me, putting it in a dark place and naming some ridiculous amount. To put it mildly, I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. The staff is downright and absolutely inadequate. By the way, the BMW X5 car, if someone wants to find out what and how. I left the phone for contact with the receiver, so I am always ready for feedback.
