The order was made on Monday afternoon, the manager called on Tuesday afternoon saying they could not get through yesterday, well, ok. I say that I’ll pick it up from the store on Friday, the manager clarifies whether it will be possible to pick it up earlier (it means it was available ?!), I answered no and I’ll pick it up on Friday to which he confirmed “it will be good on Friday”. And on Friday I arrive at the store, and they tell me that there is no order for delivery. Call the hotline and specify where the laptop that you have tempered. I called, and ..... but the laptop is gone. So why on the site is this entire ordering system, etc ???
