Disgusting service. Ordered a table with a knot-free top. I specially drew attention to this. Brought clearly with three knots! The order was not accepted - they promised to remake the tabletop in two weeks. I am writing this review, and a month and a half has already passed. Nothing done! There is no table. As a result (a week later than the deadline) we brought a table that did not meet our requirements. We were told to wait another two weeks, but when we did not receive a call from anyone, we decided to storm the manager ourselves, and then someone from the production. For another two weeks we were fed promises that they were dealing with the problem and that the table would be ready as soon as possible (they could not understand why the table was not like that, they did not know that it had not been delivered yet, they were recycling the support). If you offer quality service and products on time, then stick to it! If you promise to redo the table on time, then you need to deal with the problem immediately, and not in two weeks just start to clarify something. The only plus of this two-month history is a normal table, but this plus, unfortunately, cost time and nerves.
