It's ok place. It's filled with machines that have very little to no description on how to use them and what are they are for. There is no dedicated stretching spot, which was very disappointing. The swimming pool only has natural light. It was sort of interesting to swim there in a pitch dark 😳 Bonus point - separate sauna, which was cool :)

Changing my review to a 1 (one) and here is why: when I joined with my wife I bought her 10 pre-paid sessions with a personal trainer. After my money was accepted we were handed 10 tiny fragile pieces of paper. So fragile in fact that half were damaged by coming in contact with snow. Here is the kicker: these were non-recoverable. Gym does not keep track of how many sessions are used and refused to help us in any way. So basically this is a good old communist-era scam. Selling training sessions, but not providing the training. You get paper, which isn't tracked (computer systems have not made it to this establishment yet). Do not recommend, stay away, don't feed the scammers. Take your dollars elsewhere. During the summer time the AC is off! Air Conditioning is only turned on for the "inner circle of friends" (по блату).

UPD 2: Now it is not KSK (Kiev sports club) but SKS (capital sports club). UPD: Unfortunately, the atmosphere of the club has changed a lot over the past few years. Now it is CLOSED for an indefinite period and it is not clear on what conditions it will open and whether it will be open to the general public, as it was before. I love this club for its family and friendly atmosphere! Only in such a hall can you get real progress 🌷🌷🌷
