My favorite yoga, and now hot yoga, Yanochka, everything I love! I am yours forever !!!! Stylishly, with soul and great professionalism, the Studio was made, people were selected! Relaxation combined with physical exercise is what you need before a working day or after a busy day! I speak to myself. 😀 There would be an opportunity and would come to trainings during the day.

A cozy boutique New York studio with unique classes (boxing, jumping, hot dynamic yoga and hot Pilates), thought out to the smallest detail (dressing rooms are equipped with all beauty products), classes for 6-10 people, a cafeteria with delicious coffee and a balanced , healthy, organic food ❤️ just a delight !!!
