The story of how my husband and I met the New Year 2021 at the Golden Ring Hotel! You know, I calmed down for a month for this situation, but still I want to tell you about it, maybe I even hoped that the hotel management would call to apologize, but NO, unfortunately, did not wait! Well, I'll start with the good, if it were not! December 31, 2020 My husband and I decided to give up loud parties, and meet 2021 together, especially since we had a great occasion to celebrate the news of pregnancy. They chose the Golden Ring Hotel and ran from Lviv to Ternopil. The map clearly arrived at the address, the only thing that did not find underground or private parking. But already at the reception the administrator told us that the parking lot is not working yet, so we had to leave the car in the parking lot in front of the shopping center. Well, nothing, we thought and ran to inspect the hotel. Impressions are very good: neat, clean, everything works, etc. But in a couple of hours our good emotions disappeared somewhere ... In the evening, cars were moving in the parking lot in front of the mall, so we managed to park ours in front of the windows of our room. And now the NEW 2021 has come! The two of us were standing by the window, looking at the fireworks, as if before our eyes, something flew from one of the neighboring rooms and was right under our car, the explosion occurred under the gas tank ... a couple of seconds later the car was barely visible from the smoke ... I was sure that the car caught fire ... I had a minimum. shock! The man ran outside ... imagine it wasn't even a firecracker, but a whole checker, as the man and the guard found the remains of it ... In short, we spent the whole night figuring out who and what ... The administration did help (suggested) from which room they threw the firecracker, as from other populated rooms everyone went to celebrate outside the hotel. Cameras for balconies, unfortunately, no ... When we turned to this room, the door was opened to us by a man who was not in an adequate condition at all, I'm not even sure if it was intoxication ... the same "partner" When asked if it was them, he snapped, but his partner confessed, but he did not give her the floor ... The police were also called ... The answer was impressive: "Since there is no damage in the car, no one will deal with this matter!" I wonder how we had to inspect the car for damage on New Year's Eve ??? People, tell me, what did it take for the car to explode, for someone (hotel or police) to somehow react to our situation and morale ??? No one even tried to help or punish the clearly guilty! I hear that at check-in, the administrator warns about the rules of conduct in the room and the prohibition of flammable objects! The next day, these gentlemen were evicted and after inspecting the room, the administrator herself confirmed that it really was them, as there were signs of arson in the room ... Here is the situation - keep people in mind! And be careful with parking near the hotel !!!

Cozy, very warm in the room. Even the batteries were completely screwed on. It was not noisy, the windows overlooked not the interchange, but the houses. Lovely girls at the reception, they didn't take breakfasts in order to sleep longer. But the coffee at the reception is good. The center can be reached on foot. Normal hotel.

Today, many of us smoke! Therefore, contact the administrators of this hotel! Before you put a person in a room, you need to ask if you smoke or not? !!! Do you need a room with access to the street for smoking? !!! And not the next day to say that you have a fine !!!! For smoking on the terrace in the window, and you did not see what is written in the book, that you can not smoke ?? Sorry of course, a person after a long journey does not take numbers in order to read your books !!!! And in order to relax !!!! Next time, please warn !!!! Because 2000 UAH is not 2 UAH !!!!

Great hotel! Satisfied with the stay. Clean, tasteful interior. Very friendly staff. Now we will visit Ternopil often. We will stay at this hotel! Recommended! Decent level!

Beautiful furniture and decoration. Friendly administrator. Large beautiful hall. I couldn't sleep - loud music was playing until nightfall, and at five in the morning the cars outside the window started to make noise - the windows overlook a roundabout with lively traffic. Ask for a room with windows to the courtyard. And do not order an omelet for breakfast - it has a pound of mayonnaise - and inside and anointed on top.
