I, a pensioner, a veteran of labor, a disabled person of the 2nd group, employees of the pharmacy (manager and subordinate - Lyubarets Diana) refused to serve me and rudely advised me to go to another pharmacy. They sent me, laughing, from box office to box office. At the same time they said that there was no medicine according to my prescription. Although, later, it turned out that the drugs I needed (two items) were on sale! It seemed that these employees were inadequate. The manager directly stated that she, as the manager, sells medicine to whomever she wants. The manager refused to give her last name. I even had to call the police. Unfortunately, she did not wait, because she was in a hurry for injections. Now I am very sorry that the case with me was not recorded by the police. I'm sorry !! It was better not to go to the hospital, but to wait for human rights activists. Someone has to protect the rights of citizens-consumers. I left a complaint in the pharmacy, and I hope that the owners of the pharmacy network will respond to it. I consider the case with me an abuse of an elderly person, a disabled person. Let me remind you of the address of the pharmacy: social pharmacy, Boychuk Street (former Kikvidze), 1/2. I hope ... On the advice of the seller Lyubarets D., I will not go to this pharmacy anymore. And I do not advise others. It is not enough in this pharmacy to die of insults and bullying. To all who will get acquainted with my complaint, I wish good health to endure very unpleasant communication with pharmacy workers. This is the first time this has happened to me in my life, and no other pharmacy treats people like that.
