In general, it is impossible to use the function, it is impossible to reach the support service, the program does not allow you to reserve a place when choosing a route, it may give 101 attempts, constantly gives an error and asks you to try later. Even if you managed to contact the support service, they will not help you, just answer as work such as: "We do not know, passed on to work, etc.", there is no service for the client !!!!

Awful service (drivers cancel trips, don't read chat messages, they can't be reached, support always sends automatic responses) The main joke is the support service: they say what happened to you, your opinion is important to us, but in the end, just an automatic response and goodbye. Naturally, I am not even talking about any abnormal situations ...

Of the several attempts to use Uber Shattle's services, only one was successful. At first, the driver simply drove without stopping and said that he had lost the application. The next time the route on the map was constantly changing and as a result the driver also simply did not stop. In the time I was expecting, it was possible to get there by other means.

The service is terrible, I do not advise anyone. I paid the season ticket, the first 4 trips for UAH 48 (I wanted to use this service for the first time on my own), the money was withdrawn from the card. I try to book a trip - twice the message "Your trip is confirmed" comes, but then the message that there are no cars and that's it. Drivers simply cancel the trip. This is an abomination. I did not even expect such a brazen deception. It is not possible to call or leave a message. Uber for me now not only does not exist, but I will tell everyone about this horrible service.

I can't say anything bad, I go to work with comfort for three days. I like the friendly driver, cleanliness in the cabin, music, warmth and fast. There is no one above the soul. Super. I recommend.
