I didn't think to write a review, but such a low average rating, in my opinion, is unfair. The employees are all highly qualified, there are queues, of course, but they move quickly. There is an answer to any question! If you turned to the wrong specialist, you will be sent to the right window or office. In general - 100% satisfied !!!
