After the purchase, the autumn shoes were not worn because the weather was warm and there was no need, and when we decided to do so, it turned out that inside the insole there is a defect (bump in the toes), which makes walking uncomfortable. I decided to go to the store and change to another model. I was met by another seller, who in a defiant top tone accused that the shoes were in use and she is not going to change anything (although it is clear that this is not the case), it turned out that on the insole . I did not receive any apologies. A great recommendation for the owner - change employees, or learn to work with people. Your store and assortment are good, the prices are affordable, but when you are met by such "villains" and "inadequate", you have no desire to return here.
