We are lying after the operation. The hospital has been renovated, well-groomed wards. Pleasantly surprised by the presence of WiFi in the hospital, nice doctor and junior staff. Oxygen is supplied to each bed, although this is not resuscitation. Compared to the last time, I was pleasantly surprised

At the moment, unfortunately, our dad is lying there in the information department. with pneumonia,. our doctor, Olga Valerievna, is a pleasant woman, always in touch (we are from the region, we travel far), attentive. He will always explain and, if necessary, call about rez.analysis, etc. Yes, buying drugs is expensive. But what to do. Our State only on TV talks about the full provision of patients with covid ... we buy ourselves what is prescribed but not in the department. Nurses and nurses are also attentive and respond immediately to a request to measure blood pressure, or pace. I won't say anything bad. Thank you very much for your work.

Who can I contact to have the telephone replaced at the reception? It's just not realistic to call, and when they finally call, they don't hear. Everything squeaks, creaks. It would also be great to send clerks to courses on proper communication techniques. They talk very rudely, drop the phone.

For states. Clinics this is the best clinic I have ever been! Mom lay with pneumonia, they treated her very carefully and with trepidation, they did not take absolutely any money. I only spent on medicine. And the fact that they complain about the queue, well, excuse me, but in state clinics, was it different when it was ?! The main thing is the attitude and cleanliness in the hospital. And if without queues, it's for you to go to a private one, where you will leave from 700 UAH for the reception
