In the department, everything is quite slow, you can receive a parcel for half an hour, and sometimes you have to go 2 more times because they do not arrive on time. I came, stood for half an hour, and in response "your parcel has not yet arrived", although there was a message that arrived. Many people pay for utilities here, which delays even longer. They sell washing powders and toilet paper.

Disgusting mail, I do not understand the meaning of its existence. I ordered delivery on April 3 from the city of Kiev in the region. 15 km to the place of delivery, I’ve been waiting for the parcel on the 5th day. I contacted the support service and they told me that my package was at the branch from the 4th day, although there were no SMS alerts. Upon arrival at the department, an employee who was very busy talking with her colleague began to check if my package was there, after which she informed me that she was in their department at the base, but she had not yet printed it and would not do it now, she said I expect an SMS message. For me, as a person who constantly used the services of New Mail, this is something new. Just a huge difference between the attitude to the client of these 2 companies. I do not advise anyone to use this under delivery.
