Honestly, it is embarrassing when in 2019 at the post office the employee does not have the elementary laptop, Internet and the necessary software for work. Everything is made manually through the paper as 20 years ago. There is no way for us to do more conveniently and to add a bank branch to the mail, instead of that, the working days were reduced from 5 to 3 ... It’s a pity, but a pleasant woman in the department works and it’s obvious that she’s trying.
