Not expensive, but delicious

We were recently invited to a birthday party at 7/40. I personally did not like it. Everything is worn out: the windows barely opened, the toilet is the same for everyone and as if at school. For dessert, changed the plates but left the forks the same. The kitchen is mediocre, you can see that they are saving. (In pancakes with mushrooms, there were almost no mushrooms, and the liver cake was not at all liver). Apparently if you drink a lot, then the rules!

More than half of the dishes on the menu are missing. Greetings or good wishes, and do not dream. Borsch with meat, but the meat did not save him. The kebab is delicious and that's it
