Closer to 3 o'clock in the morning, the battery is generally ice-cold, they turn off something ... There is one heater for two rooms, why one if there are two rooms? In the room both at that time and this time it was dirty, in the bathroom / toilet there was a terrible smell. Nobody even takes a trash can before our arrival. In our room, I don’t know how in others, there is a kettle, from which it’s not just disgusting to drink, and it’s unsafe for animals to pour water. After registration of the room, the administrator gives the keys and does not even lead to the number

A great hotel to stay overnight. Three-bed suite consists of three rooms, a kitchen-living room with a soft sofa, table, refrigerator and TV, and two rooms. Amenities in the room, the room is clean, but renovated from the 90s, but the wallpaper was re-pasted. Clean bedding, terry towels. For 600 UAH per day, plus the entrance to the park is free, and the location is excellent, I think the best option. And the parking lot is closed at night with a gate. Generally I recommend

Great place to spend the night when visiting the park! Economy room with amenities on the floor cost 300 UAH + 47 UAH tourist tax per night for two. Toilet on the floor, shower downstairs in the sauna. The room is modest, but decent, the furniture is not from Soviet times. I recommend going up the spiral staircase to the observation deck, the views are amazing. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a museum of marble sculptures, copies of which can be seen in the park. For hotel guests, the entrance to the park is free (they issue a pass), you can enter and exit an unlimited number of times. The original cost is 70 UAH per person. The pass is not valid for Fantasy Park.

A unique place with its ambiguity. Hotel and restaurant with a cool architectural solution, but with the preservation of the Soviet mentality. Next to Sofiyivka Park, its museum and free entrance to the park for guests, but without informing about it and without investing in advertising. Delicious and special dishes in the restaurant, but with "live" music with a contradictory repertoire. Etc. etc. The potential is huge. But investments and management changes are needed.
