Came in today on Thursday at 16.20. It was necessary to submit an application in the 4th window. On the door is written working until 17.00. All windows are closed. They do not respond to knocks. On the door at the entrance they put an old skinny grandfather "barking"! There is another, but it is normal. When asked why they don't work when the working hours started to complain that they work as they want, if they don't like to write complaints ... It's awful!

It is not possible to solve the issue by phone !!! All day on the phone, I managed to get the number of the inspector to whom it is assigned (this is completely absurd !! No one but the assigned inspector can check the information in the database). And the inspector just took off the phone and is busy all the time !! This is despite the fact that this inspector personally checked the private individual before closing, did not correct the double accrual of ERUs. A letter of happiness has arrived and now it is impossible to get an adequate answer.

The minimum service that exists in Ukraine, I mean the state control. Constant queues, and defiant attitude to people! Illegal accrual of penalties and further red tape in the courts is the norm!
