The incompetent attitude towards clients, to simple questions of the consultant's answer: "we cannot, we do not know" then raises the question why then such an employee works at a bank, another international one, which cannot elementarily close the card. I do not recommend this bank at all. The work of consultants is worse than in the cheapest store !!! Bank score 1 out of 10! If you do not need to go there, choose something better to save your nerves! thank you
