After that I passed a general blood test (no one called me before, I came a week later) and I was just given a form with tests; even nobody told that to what, told that consultation of the doctor is paid, or payments or understand everything

If it was possible to set the quality of service provision to 0, then I would do it with great pleasure. On Saturday, October 24, my father donated blood in the laboratory, and I clarified over the phone whether the collection was actually carried out on Saturday and when the results would be. We were assured that the result will be in 2-3 days and we will be called. Until Thursday, October 29, no one called us, although my family did it more than once and in response to the reception sounded one phrase: "Your tests are not yet available." On Thursday, my patience ran out and when I said that I would complain about the work of the laboratory and demand the results of the analysis, the girls at the reception moved. As it turned out, the tests were done by the Sinevo laboratory, it had not been published on Monday, so no one had informed me about it since Monday. As a result, there are no culprits, and we missed the queue to the doctor and waited a whole week, as much depends on the result of this analysis. So, the question to the management: "How can you be so irresponsible about your responsibilities?". At the front desk, I asked for a hotline, but I was connected to a senior nurse. And this is probably one person who is sensitive to people and their problems (Halyna Petrovna, thank you for at least trying to help). I will never go to your lab again and I do not recommend it to anyone.
