The approach is polite, they will always listen, they will always postpone the meeting, if they have to wait, they will offer coffee. As for the quality, it's hard to say, I didn't compare with others, I've been going for two years - there is a result, but not what you imagine. Hair, it is, grows a little anyway. Definitely better than other types of hair removal.
