SIM issues resolved quickly. Just a long queue at the entrance. You freeze, you wait on the street. You need to stand for an hour or more. It would be good to add another service specialist, then everything will be faster. People are also dissatisfied with the forced policy of changing the tariff and, as always, more expensive. Kyivstar service is necessary and useful. But when you stand in line for 3.5 hours, then you will rewrite the entire management of this service. Why in the city with 100 thousand. the population is only two offices of representatives of the Kyivstar service, and in each office today after the holiday there is only one operator, who are bursting with the influx of customers. VERY BAD.

I do not understand why this store at all, if always on any request you are sent to the store on the Cathedral, when you first come, you think that there are really some problems, but when it always happens, it's sad. There is a girl who can't say anything at all except technical problems. Shame on the company.
