Good afternoon) I would like to leave a review on the account of rest in your bath complex Terme. Previously, as I called you (taking your number on the official Instagram page), and asked for a visit to your bath complex, the girl (I can not say that the administrator of this institution) picked up the phone and gave a specific answer to the questions I asked, but did not tell us on the account of the previous record !! When we came today to visit your bath complex, the girl at the reception told us that we need a pre-registration, etc., etc., but still she let us in, but with such a facial expression that sports our emotional state on further rest !!! And when we talked to other clients in the bath complex, they have exactly the same situation !! Blame your girl "administrator" at the reception makes customers, and does not put in a comfortable position, we were not pleased !! ALTHOUGH YOU DO NOT HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT PRE-RECORDING ON THE OFFICIAL PAGES OF THE BATH COMPLEX !! THEREFORE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE WISHES OF YOUR CLIENTS, AND PLEASE TAKE THIS WISH INTO THE FURTHER WORK OF YOUR BATH COMPLEX, THAT THERE WOULD BE THERE !!! And in general we liked the rest👍

But the indignation increased when my wife and I went to the pool with a hydromassage, and the water there is cold. It was at 14.54 and usually when we came at 14 there everything was fine. We went to Ofuro at 15.06 there was 34 ° C instead of 42. That is, the price of services was raised, and the quality of services was reduced. It was February 22, 2021. That's why we are disappointed, although we have been coming here since the opening.

We liked the term. We were when there was not a large crowd of people, so we had a great rest and in general were delighted with your complex. Administrator Alexandra made a tour of each room and explained everything in detail. I rate her work as 5 ++ a very nice girl who was happy to answer questions throughout the day. The waiters are also welcoming, and they are happy to take a photo. The food is delicious and surprisingly cheap enough, which is a nice plus) However, our impression was spoiled by a waitress who behaved as boorish as possible, as if we had come to her home and even in panibratic! Took away without permission plates, glasses, though we have not yet milked. Talked to us as "friends" in a bad way! Horrible girl from some depth! I believe that the JI complex can be more carefully selected staff! Or explain to a girl how to communicate with clients! We remove one star for it.
