I turned to Dumansky, because I know Roman as a good specialist. Addressed the problem that the liquid began to foam in the tank of the power steering. That was last Tuesday. Leaving the car, he stressed that the original Fluide DA was poured into the hydraulic system. I got a call back on Friday and was told the car was ready. They repaired the electric pump, replaced the oil, though the liquid was not what I asked for, but some "mineral oil 6162 green". To my remarks, they assured me that it was an analogue, no worse than the original, and that they were responsible for the repairs. I had to agree, though reluctantly. But there was no choice, the service was already closing, and I had to get home in 40 km. The bill amounted to UAH 2,100. I paid off, thanked and left. On Saturday morning, after getting behind the wheel, after a while I felt that it was heavier. Looking under the hood, he saw that everything was in foam again. Since the service was a day off, I went to them on Monday morning. The car was accepted, inspected, diagnosed with a leaking steering rack. Voiced repairs in the area of ​​3500 UAH. I agreed again, left the car in service. Today is Wednesday. I got a call and was told that now there is no problem, you can pick up the car. When he picked it up, he asked Roman if he had personally checked that the damage had been fixed. He assured me that everything was fine, that he personally drove and checked. I paid for the second time and left the service. I drove literally to the car wash 400m from the service station. When he opened the hood, he saw that the foam was coming out of the tank again. That is, no changes have taken place. Arriving at the service station for the third time, I no longer restrained my emotions and chose words. I asked if they had me for a sucker? And wouldn't it be time to find the real cause of the breakdown in a week, instead of repairing everything in a row and just billing? WARNING!!! HERE THE ACTION BEGINS)) My tone was not to the liking of the man in the overalls of the service station worker, who was also present in the office when talking to the receptionist Sasha. He followed me out of the office into the street, where he started swearing at me and telling me what I was wrong about. We had a high-pitched conversation. After he sent me in a known direction, I sent him. He did not like it and he got into a fight. The first blow I repulsed, the second it hit me in the lip. I, in turn, knocked him off his feet, he fell into a puddle. Then he got up and got into a fight again, but people, HUNDRED customers, workers, Roman Dumansky ran up. The man was pushed away from me. It turned out that it was Roman's father and Roman was very outraged by my action. I offered to watch the video surveillance footage of who was the first to start the fight. After watching the video from the CCTV cameras, Roman gave me part of the money paid for the repair and I went to look for a more adequate service center. When I asked why they didn't fix the damage in a week, Roman said literally: "What did you want, you have an old cramp and you want it not to break?" By the way, I have a 2009 Peugeot 407. I xs, but maybe he now only serves Lexus and Bentley under the age of 5 years. Let's summarize: 1. Roman - used to be a real professional, well, at least I had the impression 7 years ago, when I turned to him and he did everything the rules. Now this impression is a little shaken. 2. The service positions itself as a professional, and who does not like - go to the garage, there will be cheap. Yes, I agree, it is better in the garage. 3. I put one star instead of zero for being "encouraged". I didn't have to wave my fists for 10-12 years. I thought I wouldn't have to. I am a non-conflict person. 4. Did not listen to the wishes to pour the original liquid. That is, the client does not care. 5. Did not eliminate the breakdown. I'm sure they'll write in response that I'm bad, inadequate and boorish, and there are some professionals on the service with Yale University degrees and experience working on Formula 1 sweats, but draw your own conclusions. I do not recommend. P.S .: WHAT THE OWNER WRITES IN ANSWER IS NOT COMPLETELY TRUE. SUBMIT FOR THE OBJECTIVITY OF VIDEOS FROM SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS? THERE IT WILL BE SEEN WHO STARTED THE FIGHT. IF I STARTED, IT WOULD LOGICALLY CALL THE POLICE ORDER, NOT RETURN MONEY AND RELEASE IT. DO NOT CUNN.

She in his place would be very ashamed to even briefly mention such a moment! Here we are either talking about a greedy client (who could not do the repair for free) or the order to slander the service station! And how strange it was that the customer accepted the job - he "identified" all the breakdowns after leaving the territory ?! RAVE
