Negative experience of cooperation with the prego shop in Khmelnytskyi str. Proskurovskaya, 21. "Friendly" staff only when buying a product, not in the marriage, exchange or return !!! Despite the expensive product segment !! in comparison with shops in TSUM, Promenade and Quarter (on a pair of winter boots + 2-3 thousand UAH) and that the goods are sometimes defective (twisted shoe holders, broken handle in the bag, glue appearing on suede, etc. n.), there is no "human" approach to the exchange situation. After the last unpleasant incident, I do not plan to visit this store and I will not advise others!

There is a seller - Nina. She is not just a responsible employee, she has a little light in her eyes (this is a rarity now). She knows everything about shoe models: which ones are small, narrow or wide, hard skin or soft. She herself put the model on the tablet and was not mistaken. I write because my legs are problematic, it is very difficult to find shoes. And I also write because I am a perfectionist. And always pay attention to how someone works. Responsible can be read on the fingers. There are no comments to your employees, but most of them, I'm sorry, are just manicures. And thanks to such as Nina, increases the sale of shoes. If possible, declare Nina not only verbal gratitude, but also material gratitude. Thank.
