My husband and I were very dissatisfied with the service. We ordered a wardrobe and a chest of drawers in the bedroom. There were no questions with the closet, they did everything as ordered. But the chest of drawers arrived, firstly defective, and secondly not the one that was ordered (ordered plain, but came with light inserts). The order was received 09/27/19. The problem was reported the same day. They promised to change everything within 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks, we called to find out when we should wait for the chest of drawers, and answered that we were waiting for loading orders to Odessa. OKEY ... After 2 weeks, we call again, they say that only yesterday I found out for our dresser ... As a result, to date, no one has contacted us, we have not received the dresser. WE WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN AT THEM !!!!

The fact that buyers are divided, so to speak, into two castes left a negative impression. If you purchased something and ordered delivery, then the goods will be received without problems, and if you have shipment at own expense you will not receive your goods on time. Since it is loaded last and it may not fit in the car. This happened to me. Therefore 👎

Very nice store. Prices please the soul and eye. As for me, then the lowest prices in the city. Sellers are polite and friendly, always ready to help. I ordered the closet cabinet, I was very pleased. Can produce any size and design for every taste. Recommend 👍

A good furniture salon, clean and well maintained, the salespeople are competent and I know how to talk to the customer. I bought a wardrobe, I was told in detail about the content. Considered a bistro, the price is very good. The deadlines were from 1 to 1.5 months, but after 2 weeks they called and said that the cupboard was ready. In short, very satisfied. I advise everyone)
