Decent sushi bar, visited many times and was satisfied. For starters, the pros: always delicious and hot food, a wide menu, a children's playground on the second floor, a clean and comfortable room. But there are also disadvantages: sometimes you have to wait a long time for an order, waiters do not come right away, and it also often happened that they forgot to add something to your order. To summarize, I can say that this is definitely one of the best sushi bars in the city, but, unfortunately, there are some drawbacks that spoil the opinion of the institution.

The order was waited for 40 minutes (2 servings of sushi). The waiter did not warn that there was a blockage in the kitchen. Due to the long wait, there is no time left to eat. We asked the waitress to wrap the order "with you" and received + 16 UAH in the check. When asked for what it was, it turned out what kind of packaging it was. As a result, a spoiled dinner, a wasted hour and a spoiled mood. "Great service. There is no longer any desire to go there. Below is a photo of what was waited 40 minutes.

Were in this network not for the first time (in other cities), but were very surprised by the service. I'll start with the pros: not many people, because everyday. Very unfriendly waiters (maybe tired, although there are no people), felt uncomfortable because they did not have time to bring the menu, as she was already standing at the table, and in a hurry with the choice, although the menu is quite large and there is much to choose from. Ordered drinks, a set of rolls and pizza. Cold drinks brought quickly, and the rest had to wait a long time, but good company, this nuance blocked, surprisingly, the rolls cooked faster than pizza. My wife noticed that bringing drinks in plastic containers is a kind of "moveton", although customers on the street got their drinks in a glass ??? I will add about the filing of rolls, in this network they always brought rolls on a special wooden platform and with a lot of soy sauce, opposite in this place on a plate, and very little sauce. It should be noted the "professional" hand of the master, because I have never seen such a roll cut less than 1 cm thick. It made me smile, for the weight I'm just silent. Pizza - the one drawn in the menu is just a masterpiece, opposite its implementation.
