Good day. I do not want to say anything bad about the whole composition of "doctors" in this dentistry. At the reception I was at the dentist, a woman. When asked about the treatment I asked her, I never heard an answer, except for rude remarks addressed to me.

Getting into your recorded time is something out of the realm of fantasy. I didn't have that much time, so I can't say anything about the doctors themselves. If I have time to sit under the office and just wait (because the doctor started treating the patient in front of me late), I will definitely sign up here again.

In October-November 2009, she turned to this clinic with severe pain of two large teeth on the left, then she got into a pretty courteous female doctor Natalia Ivanovna Reznichenko. Since a decade has passed, I can no longer remember what diagnosis was made, but I was offered treatment with the removal of the nerves of these two teeth. I agreed. They treated my teeth, according to the doctor the nerves were removed, a special medical "laying" was put under the seal to absorb the remnants of the nerves (and stuff like that). They said goodbye to this ... I remember well that I didn’t have enough money, because the agreed amount before that was changed, and I reported money for treatment !!! But I felt so bad with those teeth that this nuance was "forgiven" ... I didn’t want to remember, but I’ll indicate that I had a very long period of pain after dental treatment, my jaw was very tight for 2 months, and then it got worse, my whole left lower side and lower lip went numb, after half a year I left the city for permanent residence in another city, but the numbness continued, connected him with problems due to nerve problems, periodically hurt under his left eye, again attributed to the category of problems associated with neurology. Later after childbirth (2011-2012), the pain in the jaw intensified, by then I had black dots on the fillings placed in Alpha, and I soon planned to change the fillings. But this did not succeed soon with a small child, so I got to the dentist already in 2017, when the fillings themselves fell out of these teeth, and then I was stunned by taking a picture - the doctor showed me on the screen a PIECE OF NEEDLE in the channel left by Reznichenko’s doctor. It was this needle that was responsible for aching cheekbones, as well as numbness (periodic muscle paralysis caused asymmetry of the lower lip, the left edge goes down). To say that I was in shock, to say nothing, moreover, NERVES IN THE CHANNELS, THEY WERE IN PLACE, they finally removed me, and showed the needle too! 5 weeks after that, the aching pains in the cheekbone and the “atrophy” that accompanied me for so long disappeared completely. For myself - I definitely decided that I would never want to see this doctor again (N. Reznichenko.) !!! But fate played a cruel joke, that week, the husband came for a couple of days to his parents in NK, who live across the street from this clinic, and had the CARE to go there. Guided by the principle - closer and faster (like many of us). In the evening I went to the clinic, the doctor examined him, he showed a hole in the tooth on the side, into which the food falls and he wants to fix it, the doctor understood his complaint, marked 27 teeth on the reception in the card, asked “come tomorrow” and the husband arrived, the doctor started “for tooth repair,” the husband notes that no more than 20 minutes were spent on everything about everything, and at the end of the phrase, you just think, “you still have a hole here to be in the know!” , to her husband’s surprised appeal, “so I came to you with the same hole”, they answered him “sorry, we probably didn’t understand each other correctly, but I don’t have time anymore, therefore ....” ... Imagine a man came with a certain tooth (27th), and he was polished an old filling on the 25th tooth (did you change it ?? this is a big question!), it’s not clear what was treated, and ATTENTION 900 UAH to the cashier, please! at a loss, paid and left. But in vain .. My husband was upset, went home, because I already had neither the desire nor the time to deal with this issue, and here I see the conclusion, what kind of meeting, all the same Reznichenko !!! I believe that this doctor should have been removed from work for a long time because of damage to clients' teeth and improper provision of services !! simply put - frank fraud! I’ll add on my own - if I had, over the years, had the entire information evidence base (which I naturally didn’t keep, like many!) I would love to meet Natalya Ivanovna with you in court !! and for that dangerous remainder of the needle that you "gave me" - you would have paid. There are good doctors in this clinic who serve many of our friends from New Kakhovka, but this is NOT a doctor Natalya Ivanovna Reznichenko. Be careful getting to her reception!
