I made a large order here for underfloor heating and water supply parts. It all started well - they picked up the servos for my manifold, quickly delivered all the components, Slava (who is either the owner or the general manager) made a plan, Sergey, who is responsible for deliveries, promptly delivered everything and was very attentive. The prices were not bad, they also made a discount. The installer Denis laid the pipes and installed the collector group, with the exception of some nuances, in principle, I was satisfied (he promised to close up the space behind the collector and did not close it up, and also offered to brick the floor heat sensors into a screed without corrugation, which seemed strange and I did not agree). In the future, Denis consulted by phone and, in principle, everything was fine. Why 2 stars? When it came time to install the automation, Denis was invited. He immediately wanted to screw the control unit directly to the wall, although it is possible to install it on a DIN rail, I refused. Then he stated that either a thermal relay or a control unit relay can be connected to the cold contact of the boiler. I have never in my life dealt with warm floors and heating systems, but basic engineering knowledge suggested that you can connect two relays in series and breaking one of them will break the circuit and control the boiler. When I tried to explain this to Denis, he said "if you are so smart, then install everything yourself", took the tool and left. I called Slava back, he talked to Denis and in the next conversation said that I did not let Denis work and in general it was difficult with me. He said that other installers are busy and there is no one to send to us yet. No apologies, Denis also did not appear and did not apologize again. I was shocked, since it was the end of October and the frost had already begun, and we have an apartment without heating. Nobody later called us back, like freeze to health. A short search for specialists did not give any results - everyone is either busy or asking for 8 thousand or more for setting. As a result, I set everything up myself using the Internet and a service manual - I connected sensors, servos, balanced the bypass, connected and configured the control unit, connected to the Internet, and so on. In the process, it turned out that the second bypass that Slava had designed and sold turned out to be superfluous, since the main bypass, even when the thermal head is completely closed, does not block the flow (see the picture). Well, some of the initial prices for the installation turned out to be unreasonable - for example, the item "installing a servo drive 180 hryvnia" was voiced, in fact, this "complex installation" is snapping the servo onto the manifold, snapping two wires in the sockets of the control unit and installing one or two checkboxes in the web interface control unit, work for 10 minutes if you do not rush. And yes, no questions about "withdrawing from the guarantee" were raised. I myself corresponded with the British technical support for rehau (I did not find an adequate Russian-language one) and clarified questions about the relay. They said that at least 24 or 220 volts can be connected to the relay, the relay simply breaks the circuit, what does the guarantee have to do with it. About 2800 hryvnia this is not true, we only had 10 * 180 servo drives + installation of a control unit 1000 + installation of 8 sensors, I don’t remember how many, it seems to be 300, + testing and tuning = much more than 2800

This organization was advised by relatives whose Thermo C performed installation work. Very satisfied, everything is quite clear with these guys - professionals in their field. Work was carried out on the installation of two furnaces, a heating system of a 3-story building and laying of a warm floor. And there was a request to fulfill in a short time, in connection with the departure for rest. Yes, there were moments with the delivery of components, for this a little time has been postponed, but three days is not fatal. In general, the work was carried out efficiently and in good faith, very responsible and qualified installers. In the course of work, my wishes as a customer were taken into account as much as possible. Quality control of work was carried out directly by the head of the company Vyacheslav. Start-up, commissioning and commissioning were completed within two days, and work was carried out with my staff in the form of an explanatory detailed instruction on the operation of the equipped system. We will continue to continue cooperation, as with a serious and reliable contractor.

I do not recommend contacting this office. Slavik (the owner of the office) promised to do a full cycle: installation of the heating system and start-up. The installation was done, but refused to start the launch. Sent plumbing, which does not understand anything in the collector of the warm floor. Launched in the phone mode. For all further requests to come to service the system (in the contours of the warm floor was air) - a complete ignore. To me, then the engineer from Astera helped to release air from the system and told how the system works. The collector of the warm floor was mounted incorrectly, now the Maevsky crane is not working. When I found out that there was a violation of the technology for laying the tubes of the warm floor and the question of why it was not done correctly, I turned out to be a fool, because I did not buy the necessary materials. But, not respected Slavik, why did I hire you to learn the technology yourself? I trusted the "professional" and paid all bills, in the hope that everything was taken into account. At the same time, the project of the heating system was not made. By the way, the materials bring the manufacturer, with whom it is convenient to work for his employees, and not those that you wished. They work with some little-known manufacturers. As it turned out, after a time I installed the system to my neighbor and did not even bother to go to visit, find out how his system works for me. By the way, the neighbor did not correctly calculate the power of the boiler, which once again proves the hand of Slavik and his brigades. P.S. Google does not provide an answer option or I did not find such a function. It is possible, of course, to blame everything on the intrigues of competitors, so as not to admit their mistakes. My work was carried out in 2011. Trained at my facility? And now I always remember about "Termo-S". "And after analyzing your history of reviews, you can see that you are generally unhappy with life." - I express my opinion, which, I hope, will help Google users make the right decisions. Two negative reviews among 12, is "in life everyone is unhappy"? I'm happy with everything, except for the cases when they make a fool out of me for my own money.
