I liked the brainstorming sessions. Even when you have a design, there are always a lot of inconsistencies in the renovation. With this team, I managed to solve them in the shortest possible time without stopping the repair. 3. They work in stages. Usually several stages run in parallel. At the same time, the next stages are being coordinated. Sergey always reminded me in advance of what needs to be decided and chosen before the start of work. We have been actively cooperating for 6 months. During this time, the apartment has not been left without masters for more than a couple of days. 4. It is very convenient that I almost never paid the masters directly. They do their job, and then Sergei sends me a detailed report on the work done and I pay for it. 5. For some works (stretch ceiling, laminate flooring, ventilation and air conditioning) Sergey invited third-party craftsmen. I am always alarmed when they do this. But then it became clear that the "Hands of the Master" work only with responsible people and themselves additionally control the quality of such works. 6. I would like to highlight the electrician Alexei. For a couple of days, he performed with high quality what I thought would be done for 2 weeks. To this day, I continue to work with Sergey. But for minor jobs (installation of furniture, plumbing, etc.). Of course, you have to wait in line, because such craftsmen have a lot of work and rarely have windows to go to something small.
