I didn't like that there is no restroom, no internet, no places for people, imagine the queue is such that the lists were written to get to the cashier, the specialists still answer as if they owe something, in order to get a certificate of repayment of the loan, you need to pay, and the main thing is that I don’t like to hang myself for a penny, I don’t like this bank, and if it were mine I would never be there ...

Hello! Feedback from employees is very good, the only thing I wanted was the bank's ATMs located in the city, or at least near the bank branch.

The place of Mr. ... a lot, came the boss and "decided" on the last year's sons since June last year, with a simple photo from the phone, but as a mandatory original document, etc. .... Shame on the management ....

Very wise cashier. I personally and myself made me buy her insurance for 1250 UAH because she said that otherwise she does not accept the documents in turn !!! And it is concrete, no culture and respect for people !!!
