Hello! Impressions are controversial! The situation is as follows: Today, on August 1, 2019, by calling the hotline Savings Bank, received information that the department is operating without a dinner (it would not be possible to reach the direct telephone of the branch). Arriving at the place at 14.05 he learned from people as well as from the information table that the worker at lunch. Turning to a bank employee (accidentally winked) with the question: "to whom I can turn to the leadership?" Got a clear reprimand: - "and there is no one here !!!" He answered that I would call the hotline. Point to number ... And in principle, the matter has moved from a dead point ... The worker approached, she went to the office for maintenance of physical persons ... Work started (people waiting in the queue for one and a half hours). Due to the fact that the client is seriously ill, without the possibility to climb the stairs, agreed on extraordinary service. Having returned with the necessary documents, he lost a new misfortune - the manager of the department (previously, turning to a bank employee (accidentally winked) with the question: "to whom I can turn to the leadership?" Got a clear rebuff: - "and there's nobody here !!!") In an orderly tone, she told her to leave the office, trying to introduce her into the course of the case, was in front of the closed door ... Once again, calling the hotline, got information about where it is possible to leave a complaint, and apologize for the work of the department, for which I sincerely thank the operators! As a result, they spent 48 minutes there, but still got the client's card and the wishes to recover from the employee, for which also a separate thank you! A huge request to change the managerial department (with the present - the work is not adjusted) and the desire to teach staff performance at work, not "job". 100% "no" -thought !!! Thank you! Prosperity with new leadership! P. S: nobody responds to the call button for the disabled (according to the elderly client on two crutches, which helped to go down)

The working day is indicated without a dinner, and at 13:00 the room was empty and all the workers are absent on the ground.
