This is not the first time we come to Pistyn to our favorite estate "Horseshoe". Always hospitable and welcoming. There are cozy comfortable rooms like at home. This year an additional location was the tub and the museum- "Kryivka". and a wonderful holiday in Pistynya, for taking care of children with special needs. As a sign of honor for the hospitable reception, we presented to Mrs. Maria the author's picture of a girl-artist from our group Nika Dyadyuk. travelers from Poltava, "Let's go together"

arrived for breakfast at 10 o'clock, as the restaurant opens at 10. We were asked to bring breakfast, which is prepared as soon as possible, and skszali that will be ready in 20 minutes. Almost had time ... brought at 12-30 after we were about to go hungry. Argument - there was no light, so it took a long time to cook. In fact - the dishes were completely cold, just lightly heated blanks from the freezer. Attitude - constantly said that everything is ready to carry and so on 8. From the check in the amount of 650 UAH. for such a slight misunderstanding they made a discount of UAH 50, probably for valerian ... and ran away. The hostess did not even come and did not consider it necessary to clarify the situation. I do not recommend this institution

Horror! There are no other words. The service is useless and the food is half-raw and oversalted ... I do not advise! Nobody! Never! P.S. chinahi without carrots, without mushrooms and with undercooked potatoes, french fries - undercooked, in terchanikh minced meat raw, in mushroom soup something made dumplings. They asked for greens and pickles, and brought another compote. They didn't ask for bread, but gave and counted 2 hryvnias per piece. Owners need to respect people, and teach staff to at least smile ...

Well on x * and this establishment! I have never seen such a mess in my whole life ... the military needs to be there to keep order! Meals at minus 10, the service is the same. Nobody ever go there!
