She answered questions with delayed dullness, as if she saw this complex today. But she immediately offered us her wooden souvenirs and Carpathian tea so that we could make a cashier for her. She was also joined by an elderly cook, Paraska. And they also began to impose their souvenirs on us. We were tired from the road, we wanted to check in at 14.00 and come for lunch at 15.00, but that was not the case. The rooms were not cleaned, they were waiting to be cleaned. With grief in half went into the room at 15.30. We came quickly for lunch, but there’s no lunch either, it’s not ready yet, because the chef Paraska cannot "Rip", since she is the only cook, dishwasher and stoker at the complex. It was cool in Kolyba and there was a persistent smell of mice. The entire territory is overgrown with wild herbs. When they began to ask why such a negligent attitude towards the complex, we were told that the owner is constantly drunk, and his young wife is sitting with a small child and she has no time to do this. This is the end of this complex. The rooms were damp. There is no hot water, as the chef Paraska does not have time to cook dinner and heat the boiler. There was no one to warm the vats, so we couldn't steam in them. The pool is dirty, near the vat, in the interior of the room. I do not recommend buying a vacation in Bukovets.

Wonderful nature. Beautiful cheese that we bought from a local woman. All this took place before settling on the recreation center. Then we were met by the owner's daughter-in-law Maria, who was constantly consulting with my dad about something on the phone, and deliberately did not notice us. Then we saw my dad, the owner of the hotel. Not a friendly person. I did not want to answer the question. We were walking around the yard, two young people, at first glance we thought it was resting, they were in torn shorts and dressed in sweaters with a hood. But then they learned that he was a cook. We were very, very surprised. At lunch, the waitress Inna brought us the first dishes, but for some reason her thumbs were on the plate, as if she was steaming them there. The room was cleaned and a very friendly maid Maria, for which I thank her very much. Kochegar Vasyl is friendly, he helped us with firewood. Service and kitchen for evaluation 1. Nature 5 There is no road to the village at all, this is a big minus. Advice to those who ride their cars think. But Vitaly, the owner, says he has nothing to worry about, you can go. When you go 6 km yourself, remember this advice of mine.

One of the best holidays in the Carpathians. Pleasant, smiling Inna met us, fed us a delicious dinner cook. Respect and respect for such hospitable people! Unsurpassed landscapes and beauty of the Carpathians attract with their peace and comfort.

I was very pleased with the rest in this hotel complex !!! Decent accommodation rooms, delicious homemade food !!! Had a great time !!! In this complex there is a Chan with iron water, with a water temperature in Chan of 46 degrees! Very beautiful nature bewitches everything around !!
