There is a football field opposite. Located 5 minutes walk from the river, there is the possibility of a small beach where you can swim. Just above there is a cascade from the hotel 1.5 km on foot. Divine vat and bath. You can catch a fish. In the summer, they took bicycles for 50 UAH and rode. Of the minuses. You need to go with a company in a bus or in your own car, because you will be tortured to order a taxi (2x will be expensive)

Booked a room at the booking, the next day came the confirmation of the reservation from the hotel. A few days later I received a message on the booking that a group of children was coming to the hotel, or I was suitable to stay in a hotel with such a "noisy" company. I saw the message the day before departure, because I did not see the point of checking the booking after confirmation of the reservation by the hotel, and my plans have not changed. After seeing the message - called the hotel to say that everything is unchanged and tomorrow I will, to which the administrator said that they CANNOT accommodate us, because they have a group of children and because of the coronavirus, they can not settle us with them. The next day, when I contacted the booking service center, the hotel suddenly found an opportunity to accommodate us with a group of children. Of course, I refused because of the inadequacy of the hotel representatives. Also, when a hotel representative asked Marina to switch to Ukrainian in communication with the client, she refused, citing that she did not know Ukrainian. It is unclear why Marina is a hotel representative in Ukraine and does not know Ukrainian, although by law the provision of services in Ukraine is carried out primarily in the state language, which is Ukrainian, and foreign (including Russian) services must be provided at the request of the client

Far from being a hearty greeting. Immediately lunch in a restaurant with an attempt to cheat and divide one portion into two, counting as two. There is no juice for the child on the menu. Room rate 900. No questions about the number, clean, spacious, shampoo, soap. Not a comfortable mattress, all night it seemed that something was under my back. Breakfasts are additional 130 UAH per person: fatty omelet, sausage, terrible coffee, a couple of pieces of sausage and cheese, butter. Eviction is the same as the greeting - they left, well, thank God.

They called a few hours in advance to clarify the availability of places, said - there are places, come. When we arrived, the hotel was closed. On the door there is an inscription with the telephone of the administration. There is no telephone connection (I have lifecell). We approached a passing woman and asked her to call. It turned out that the administrator had left for the city, and the hotel was closed. She allegedly called us back to warn us that she would not be there, but I did not see the missed calls, even when the connection appeared. When I called, they could say that lifecell does not work there and that it will not be there, we would not count on them.

The hotel can be noted only for its location and friendly staff. And so the rooms are cheap furniture and plumbing, not comfortable mattresses and pillows, no soundproofing. The second time I will not come back here for nothing
