To begin with, when ordering by phone, I was only told that one hour is 500 grams. ordered for two hours, paid a deposit on the card 500 gr. After we arrived from the doorway, they began to count everyone, and children of 2 and 4 years old were also counted. It turns out that up to five people are 500 grams, all the others are 100 grams per hour (even children). The sauna was not warmed up! 60 degrees we didn't even sweat there. For the fact that the children jumped into the pool, we turned off the light !! And the sauna was also turned off. To say that we were in shock is to say nothing. The mood was ruined. A lot of negativity. I will not recommend this horror to anyone, and I myself will no longer rest there. Expensive!!! In Kolomyia, we have a lot of places where you can relax, take a steam bath and enjoy your vacation.
